Serving others is a key part of what it means to be part of God’s church and joining a team is a great way of meeting and getting to know others.
When we meet together as a church on Sundays or for other events throughout the year, there is always a dedicated team of people working hard behind the scenes to make things happen.
We want to make sure that every event and activity we run as a church is a welcoming, inviting and enjoyable experience, for everyone involved! To do this it takes a number of people serving on teams to make this happen and being part of one of the four teams listed below is a great place to start. It’s also a fantastic way to meet people who you might not get to know otherwise and build some friendship with those you serve alongside.
Why not try out one of our Sunday teams or one of our compassion projects during the week, if you like you could then join a monthly rotation and serve more regularly.
Our desire is to make a difference with acts of compassion, kindness and love, as we continually look for God-given opportunities to serve those most in need. If you want to make a real difference, then join one of our teams that reach out and serve some of Northampton most vulnerable.

How Our Teams Work
All our teams operate on what we call a serve 13 rotation, with each team split into four sub-teams that correspond with a set week in the month ie. Sub-team one serves week one, sub-team two server week two and so on. On months with five weeks, the extra week will be covered once per year by each sub-team. Thus during a year, each sub-team will typically serve 13 times. Express your interest in a team by filling out the form below. You can keep track or rotas and arrange swaps via your MyChurchSuite account.
